If you’re reading this guide, by now it has been communicated that you will be transitioned from C4 to our new platform, re•currency. The address for the new platform has changed as well. Instead of logging into your Marketing platform through the CustomerHub, you will now be logging in directly to the platform at https://recurrency.mobivity.com/.
Initial Log In Process: Setting up Two-Factor Authentication
With the change from C4 to re•currency, we are happy to let you know that we have increased security for all of your information. We have added Two-Factor Authentication to re•currency to ensure that only verified users have access to your Campaigns.
When logging in to re•currency for the first time, you will be greeted with the following page:
This page will allow you to setup the Two-Factor Authentication for your account, as well as confirm that all of the information tied to your account is accurate. Please enter in a valid cell phone number, and click on the “Send Code” Button to receive your Verification Code, which is needed to access the platform.
Logging In After Setting up Two-Factor Authentication
When logging in to re•currency after setting up Two-Factor, as long as you long in from the same computer, you will not be asked to go through the Two-Factor Authentication Process for 30 days. In the 30 day period where a device is saved, the login process works identically to how it did in C4 unless you’re attempting to login through a different device, in which case you will be asked to go through the Two-Factor Authentication process once more.
