“Missing Images” Printing on re•ceipts

If you see “Missing Images” printing on your receipts, it is likely that the images have not been completely downloaded to your printer.

To resolve:

  1. On your desktop, go to the SmartReceipt Configuration utility.
  2. Go to the Tools tab on the top of the window.
  3. Click on Reload Images.
    1. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the images to load completely before ringing any transactions.
