If you see “Missing Images” printing on your receipts, it is likely that the images have not been completely downloaded to your printer.
- On your desktop, go to the SmartReceipt Configuration utility.
- Go to the Tools tab on the top of the window.
- Click on Reload Images.
- Please allow up to 5 minutes for the images to load completely before ringing any transactions.
