Service Access Denied and What it Means

If you’re sending a text message to a short code (i.e. 782-929) and you’re receiving a “Service Access Denied” error and is not allowing your text message to be sent, then your phone number is most likely not able to engage in short code messaging.

In order to resolve this, you will need to reach out to your wireless provider so they may enable short code messaging.
