How do I subscribe to the Sonic Text Club?
  1. As a text message, send the promoted keyword (or MYSONIC) to 876642.
  2. Follow the prompts and respond accordingly.
    • (The prompts may vary depending on the keyword you’re texting in.)
I've subscribed, why haven't I received an opt in offer?

The phone number you have subscribed with may have previously been subscribed to Sonic's Text Club and is no longer eligible to receive the opt-in offer, or you might have also subscribed to a keyword that does not offer an opt in promotion.

You will receive all future Sonic Text Club offers though, so stay tuned!

How do I change my Sonic subscription location?
  1. Send the word STOP to 876642
    1. You will receive your confirmation of unsubscription
  2. Send in the word MYSONIC or the keyword that you were subscribed to
  3. Respond with your desired zip code once prompted

 

 

How do I redeem my Sonic offer?

There are a few ways that you can redeem your offers from Sonic:

  1. In the Sonic App: If the offer is available for redemption in the app, you will be able to find the code in the text message sent from Sonic (876642)
  2. If you're redeeming at your local Sonic, the text message will possibly say "Must mention". This means that all you'll need to do is mention the text offer to your Car Hop, and they'll redeem it for you.
How do I stop receiving messages?

Sorry to see you go! 

To unsubscribe, please send the word STOP to 876642. You will receive one final confirmation text that confirms your unsubscription.

Why am I receiving an "Invalid Message" response?

The text program is only programmed to respond to keywords like "YUM" or "MYSONIC" that are being promoted by Sonic.

If you're receiving this response, chances are that you're texting in extra characters with the keyword you're trying to subscribe to. 

If you receive this message, you will need to begin the subscription process again by sending in the correct keyword to 876642.

How do I apply to work at Sonic?
  1. As a message, text APPLYNOW to 876642
    1. If you know that your local sonic is hiring, they may have a keyword that you can use specific to the location
  2. Once you receive a response, click the link to submit your application
How can I find out about Sonic specials?

If you're subscribed to any Sonic text club, you'll receive messages directly to your phone! If you're curious about location specific deals or have any questions about a promotion, you'll need to contact your local Sonic, or contact Sonic's customer support team at 1 (866) 657-6642.
