How do I sign up for Mobivity Alerts?

To join any program associated with this short code, text the “KEYWORD”. You may then receive future alerts sent directly to your cell phone. By subscribing, customers will get special offers and additional sale information. Recurring msgs/mo. Mobivity alerts are not mobile spam.

Is it free?

Although all Mobivity messages are complimentary, message and data rates may apply. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier. Customers are not required to opt in (directly or indirectly) as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

What if I don’t want to receive any more alert messages?

To stop Mobivity Alerts, simply text STOP to the short code 86677. You will receive 1 final text message confirming your decision to unsubscribe.

What if I want back in?

You can start receiving Mobivity Alerts again by following any of the steps outlined in the above section: How do I Sign Up For Mobivity Alerts?

What if I want more info?

To request more info simply text HELP to the short code 86677.

What are the Participating Carriers?

AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Virgin, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Cricket (Leap), MetroPCS, C Spire, Carolina West Wireless (CWW), CellCom, and Bandwidth.

Alerts sent via SMS and MMS may not be delivered to you if your phone is not in the range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within coverage, factors beyond the control of Verizon and T-Mobile/MetroPCS may interfere with messages delivery for which the carrier is not responsible.
