- Once you’re logged into your account, to start the process of sending a broadcast click on the “Send Message” option in the side nav.
- Once you have clicked on the “Send Message” option in the side nav, you will be taken to the Campaign Selection page. This page will display all current Campaigns with more than 1 subscriber.

- Once on the Message Page, in the “Compose Message” Field, you are able to enter the message that will actually be sent to your users. For standard broadcasts, the allowed Character Limit is 134 characters.
- Below the “Compose Message” Field, there is a live preview of the Message that will be sent out, including the Auto-Appended Legal that the platform adds. To ensure that your Broadcast fits the desired result, consult this preview.
- Once your message has been entered and you are satisfied, click on the “Schedule” Button.
- Once you have clicked on the “Schedule” Button, you will be taken to the Schedule Page. On this page, you can select the time that the Broadcast will be sent. This allows you to schedule a Broadcast in advance, giving you the ability to create a steady, planned set of messages for your subscribers.
- You can also select “Send Now”, which will send the Broadcast 5 minutes after finishing the Broadcast flow.
- Once you have decided your scheduling option, click on the “Options” Button to move forward.
- On the Options Page, all current filtering options are available to apply to the Broadcast being sent. Currently, we have Time Zone filtering and include/exclude list filtering. Both of which will be applied based off the phone numbers in question.
- Once all filtering options have been applied, click on the “Review” Button to move on to the final Review in the Broadcast Process.
16. Once reaching the Review Page, you should see all of the information that has been entered through the Broadcast flow so far. This is the final page in the Broadast Flow, and this page will display all of the information that has been entered in the message creation process.

Adding a Message to the Saved Messages Library in the Broadcast Flow:
Another option that is available to you through the Standard SMS Broadcast Flow is the ability to apply tags to a message and save said message. After reaching the Message Page in the Broadcast Flow, you will notice that there is a “Saved Messages” Button to the right of the Compose Message Field. Here is how you would go through the process of adding messages to your Saved Messages Library:
- Once on the Message Page, enter your Broadcast message in the “Compose Message” Field. Once you have a message that you are happy with, click on the “Save this message to library” checkbox.
- Notice that now there is a “Add New Tags” Field that allows you to enter information that is separated by commas. This field allows you to add tags to your message before adding it to the Saved Messages Library, making it easier to search for a message based off of these tags.
- Any message that you want to save will be added to the Saved Messages Library when you have completed the Broadcast Flow. Once you have added a message to your Saved Messages Library, navigate back to the Message Page and click on the “Saved Messages” Button.
- This popup that has now appeared will allow you to pick any previously saved messages for your upcoming Broadcast. You can search for a Broadcast message that has been saved by searching either for the specified message text, or by searching for the tags that you applied initially.
