1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Round Table Pizza Text to Win Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)
begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on November 12, 2018 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on
December 31, 2018 (the “Promotion Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents, residing in the states of Alaska,
Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, or Washington, who are 18 years of age or older
as of date of entry. Employees of Round Table Pizza (“Sponsor”), Mobivity Holdings Inc., Don
Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions,
affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively,
“Released Parties”), and their immediate and extended family members (including but not
limited to spouses, domestic partners, parents, children, and siblings) and household members
of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win. Void outside of Alaska,
Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and where prohibited by law. All
federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and
unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions,
which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is
contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

VIA TEXT MESSAGING: During the Promotion Period, using your 2-way text
messaging-capable device (“Device”), text the word “CAR” to short-code 86677. After
your message is received, you will receive a reply message asking you to agree to
receive recurring messages (up to 10 messages per month) from Round Table Pizza,
which may be sent via an automated dialing system. After you reply to that message
agreeing that you are providing the Sponsor and the Administrator express, written
consent for you to send and receive text messages from Round Table Pizza, you will
receive notification that you have been entered into the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Text
Entry” or “Entry”) and that you have joined Round Table Pizza’s SMS club. Consent is
not a condition of any purchase. You must be a member of the Round Table Pizza SMS
club for the duration of the Promotion Period to be eligible to enter and win. If you wish
to opt out of receiving text messages, text STOP to 86677. Text HELP to 86677 for
support. Text Entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT on December 31, 2018.
Sponsor cannot guarantee this Sweepstakes will be available via all wireless service
providers. Text messaging is available on participating wireless service providers only,
whose instructions may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless service
provider may charge you for each text message you send and receive, including any
error messages, which may be sent via an automated dialing system. Check with your
wireless service provider on these and any other applicable charges. By texting the word
“CAR” to 86677, you agree that you are providing Sponsor and Administrator express,
written consent for you to send and receive text messages from Round Table Pizza.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Limit one (1) Text Entry per originating
phone number.

VIA MAIL: To enter without sending a text, on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand print
your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, date of birth
(mm/dd/yyyy), daytime and evening telephone numbers and valid email address. Mail in
a hand-addressed, business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: The
Round Table Text to Win Sweepstakes Entries, P.O. Box 7703, Melville, NY 11775-7703
(“Mailed Entry” or “Entry”). Limit one (1) Mailed Entry per envelope. No mechanically
reproduced Mailed Entries permitted. Each Mailed Entry earns one (1) Entry into the
Sweepstakes. Mail-In Entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2018 and received
by January 7, 2019.

4. RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected on or about
January 8, 2019 from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Random
drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization whose
decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning will depend
on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.

5. PRIZE & MANUFACTURER’S SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE (“MSRP”): A 2018 Subaru
Impreza 2.0i sedan with all factory standard equipment plus automatic transmission (“Vehicle”).
The MSRP of the Grand Prize Vehicle is $20,355.00. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible
for all applicable taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, title fees for the Vehicle. Grand Prize
winner will be required to show proof of insurance and a valid U.S. driver’s license prior to taking
delivery and pick up Vehicle as directed by Sponsor or the Grand Prize may be forfeited.
Vehicle make, color and any other specifications are at sole discretion of Sponsor. Grand Prize
is awarded as-is and any additional Vehicle options that are not already included and installed
on the Vehicle are the sole expense of Grand Prize winner. No substitution or transfer of Grand
Prize permitted except as specifically stated in these Official Rules and at the sole discretion of
the Sponsor. Grand Prizes is non-transferable, non-assignable, and not refundable, and must
be accepted as awarded.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email/phone and will
be required to complete and return via email/fax/mail, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of
Liability and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release (where lawful) within seven (7) days of
Administrator’s attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within the specified time period or
return of any Grand Prize/Grand Prize notification as undeliverable, or declining the Grand Prize
for any reason, will result in disqualification without further notice and, an alternate winner may
be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS, RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Grand Prize winner is
responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes and will receive an IRS Form 1099 from
Administrator for the actual value of the Grand Prize awarded. No transfer, assignment,
substitution or cash equivalent for Grand Prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of
the Sponsor due to Grand Prize unavailability for any reason. In such circumstance, an alternate
Grand Prize of equal value will be awarded (except as specifically stated above) and Sponsor’s
obligation to the Grand Prize winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will
be provided. The Released Parties assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or
injury resulting from acceptance, use or misuse of the Grand Prize. In no event will more than
the one (1) stated Grand Prize be awarded. If an entrant submits more than the stated number
of Entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain
additional Entries by using multiple or different email addresses, registrations, identities or any
other method, Sponsor and Administrator will void that entrant’s Entries and that entrant may be
disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries by any
means which subvert the Entry process are void. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid or unintelligible
Entries, which will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or
similar Entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services to
create fraudulent phone numbers and/or identities) will void all Entries by that entrant. In the
event of a dispute as to any Text Entry, the authorized account holder of the Device used to
enter (and associated with that phone number) will be deemed to be the entrant. The
“authorized account holder of a Device” is the natural person in whose name the Device has
been issued and the services are billed. Potential Grand Prize winner may be required to show
proof of being the authorized account holder associated with the Entry. In exchange for the right
to participate in the Sweepstakes, entrants/Grand Prize winner agree to release, discharge and
hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all liability (including, but not limited
to, damages caused or claimed to be caused, losses, or injury) arising out of participation and/or
acceptance/use or misuse of the Grand Prize, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules
and Administrator’s or Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy
or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes
materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail,
govern and control. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other
error in the printing of the Sweepstakes material, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the
announcement of the Grand Prize. NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO
DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION
OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD
SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES
FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The
Released Parties are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mistranscribed
phone/email transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or
software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person’s computer, phone or
device related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection
with the Sweepstakes, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or
delayed computer or device transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the
Sweepstakes. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for undeliverable emails,
including but not limited to those resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a
user’s Internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user’s email
account to receive email. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if
fraud, misconduct or technical failures threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes; or if a
computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the
Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor and Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event
of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing for the Grand Prize will be
conducted from among all eligible Entries received prior to termination. Sponsor reserves the
right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the
individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any
provision in these Official Rules.

8. PUBLICITY: Acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its
agencies to use the Grand Prize winner’s name and/or likeness and Entry for purposes of
advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winner list, unless prohibited by
law.

9. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Sponsor reserves the right to make all decisions in its
sole discretion arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, and the decisions by Sponsor are
final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited, you agree
that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the
Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of
class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Georgia; (b) any
and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred,
including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and
(c) notwithstanding the foregoing, you waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever,
including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. All issues and
questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official
Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with
the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the
United States of America and the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or
conflict of law rules (whether of the laws of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which
would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than State of Georgia.

10. PRIVACY: Any personal information that an entrant provides in connection with the
Sweepstakes shall be used by Sponsor and Administrator to administer this Sweepstakes,
contact entrants, and for the other purposes set forth in the Sponsor’s privacy policy located at
https://www.roundtablepizza.com/rtp/privacy.asp. By entering this Sweepstakes you agree to
and accept that privacy policy. If entrant authorizes, by opting in, Sponsor may provide entrant
with information relating to products, services and promotions of Sponsor and affiliates of
Sponsor.

11. WINNER LIST: For the name of the Grand Prize winner, send a stamped, self-addressed
