Is there a cost to download the game?
The game partner does not charge you to download, install and open the game.
Can I earn more points if I download the game more than once? A customer is allowed a one-time game download with their Chevron Texaco Rewards member number to receive the 200 points associated with this offer. You can download the game more than once but your User account will only receive a single reward of 200 points.
How do I know that I received the reward points?
You can review your points under “History” in your User Account wallet in the Chevron and Texaco apps or on the Chevron Texaco Rewards program website. Please allow 4 days for the points to be received in your User Account after you install and play the game.
I downloaded the game but did not receive my points.
The phone number entered to download the game must match the phone number you used to join the Chevron Texaco Rewards program. You must install and open the game to receive the 200 reward points.
Please allow 4 days for the 200 reward points to be received into your Chevron Texaco Rewards User Account. If you downloaded, installed and opened the game and still did not receive points after 4 days, please email Mobivity support center at: gamingsupport@mobivity.com.
Please include in your email the following information:
1) Reason for your inquiry
2) Phone # you entered on the screen to download the game
3) The date and time you installed the game
4) Your name and Chevron Texaco Rewards member number
How do I redeem my reward points?
Once you receive points from the game download offer, you can redeem earned rewards for discounts on fuel at participating Chevron or Texaco stations in your region by entering your Chevron Texaco Rewards program member number at the pump, in-store at the register, or by making the fuel purchase through your User Account on the Chevron and Texaco apps.
How do I know if a station is participating in the Chevron Texaco Rewards program?
You can find participating Chevron and Texaco stations using the store finder feature in the Chevron and Texaco apps while filtering on “Chevron and Texaco Rewards.” From the Home screen, click on the Station Finder at the top right, click on the filter at the bottom right, choose “Chevron & Texaco Rewards” and then click on “Apply.”
What does “Data rates may apply” mean?
Your wireless carrier or internet provider may charge you a fee for the data you use when connecting to a network to download or play the game.
Mobivity – Play for Perks Sign-up
I entered the wrong ZIP code signing-up for Play for Perks; how can I fix this?
Text the word PERKS to the short code 40490, then enter correct zip code.
I unsubscribed to Play for Perks by mistake, how do I get re-signed up?
Text the word PERKS to the short code 40490, once you do that portion enter your zip code and you will then receive a confirmation text and should be subscribed.
Do I need to input my actual mobile phone number to sign-up for Play for Perks or can I use my home phone?
You need to use a mobile phone number in order to receive the reward.
My whole family uses one Play for Perks account, how can we all benefit from this reward?
Unfortunately, each promo code is redeemable once per account.
Chevron Rewards Promo Codes
I already have a Chevron Rewards account. Do I need to create a new User Account to redeem my promo code?
No, you do not need to create a new User Account. If you have the Chevron App installed on your phone, the “Get the App Now!” button on the landing page on which the promo code was provided will lead you to the Add Promo Code screen where you can redeem your unique promo code.
If, for whatever reason, you’re not able to access the landing page or the button does not bring you to the Add Promo Code screen. You can open the Chevron app, log into your user account, navigate to the Wallet, at the bottom right of the screen, and select Promo Codes. Add your unique promo code to the input field and click Apply Promo Code. You’ll see the rewards points added to your balance in the History under Wallet and on the account balance indicator at the top of the Home screen.
What is the Chevron Texaco Rewards (CTR) program?
The CTR program is an exciting loyalty program in which Chevron and Texaco customers earn points for their fuel and qualifying in-store purchases and redeem their rewards for discounts on fuel purchases at participating stations. Chevron reserves the right to make changes, suspend or discontinue the program or any promotional offers at any time. Is the Chevron Texaco Rewards program free to join?
Yes. There is no fee to join and create a single User Account for your own use. You must be 16 years or older and reside in the United States. If you are between 16 and the age of majority (as determined by your respective state law), you may join the CTR program only under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the CTR Program Terms of Use.
I see that there is both a Chevron app and a Texaco app. Will I have to download both?
No. Both mobile apps will work at all Chevron and Texaco stations. Earned points for Chevron Rewards and Texaco Rewards are combined under the Chevron Texaco Rewards program and can be redeemed at any participating Chevron or Texaco station.
I forgot to copy my promo code, how do I get it back?
To regain access to the Play for Perks landing page and your unique promo cod, return to the MMS or SMS message in which the link was provided.
How do I redeem my promo code for the 25₵ per gallon (250 points)?
After creating a Chevron Texaco Rewards User Account, at the “All done” screen:
• User chooses Add Payment Method during user account setup, back out one click to Wallet and select Apply Promo Code.
• User chooses “Add Payment Later”, from the Home screen navigate to the Wallet, at the bottom right of the screen and select Promo Codes.
Enter (or copy/paste) your unique promo code to the input field and click Apply Promo Code. You’ll see the rewards points added to your balance in the History under Wallet and at the top of the Home screen.
How do I redeem my rewards?
You can redeem rewards earned for discounts on fuel at participating Chevron or Texaco stations by entering your CTR mobile phone number at the pump or in-store at the register, or making the fuel purchase through your User Account in the App. When you start a fuel purchase, you will see your available fuel discounts in your area and have the option to redeem your rewards as follows:
If you redeem your rewards, the related fuel discount will be applied to your fuel purchase, up to a maximum of 25 gallons in a single purchase for one vehicle, and the points will be deducted from your User Account. If you do not redeem your rewards, no points will be deducted from your User Account and the related fuel discounts will be available for your next fuel purchase, subject to any points expiration.
How do I know if a station is participating in the Chevron Texaco Rewards program?
You can find participating Chevron and Texaco stations using the store finder feature in either the App or the CTR website, filtering for “Chevron Texaco Rewards”. From the App Home screen, click on the Station Finder icon in the top right corner of the screen, then click on the filter icon in the bottom right, choose “Chevron Texaco Rewards” and click on Apply. From the website homepage, click Find a Station at the top of the page, then select “Chevron Texaco Rewards” from the Search Options.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Your points and any related rewards will expire with ninety (90) days of inactivity. For example, points earned on October 1, 2024, will expire after December 30, 2024, if you have not entered your CTR mobile phone number with at least one fuel purchase or qualifying in-store transaction during that timeframe.
Can I use points for in-store purchases?
No. Customers earn points for their fuel and qualifying in-store purchases and redeem their rewards for discounts on fuel purchases at participating stations.
Can I transfer my points to someone else or share my User Account?
No. Points are non-transferable, and every member is required to have their own unique User Account. You may not share your User Account with anyone else or create any other User Accounts with your mobile device.
Can I use my unique Chevron Rewards promo card more than once?
No. Each Chevron Rewards promo code is unique and is for one-time use in the App Wallet.
What does “Data rates may apply” mean?
“Data rates may apply” is a disclosure that a mobile carrier may charge a fee for sending or receiving a text message or for using data associated with a communication.
